Merrion AI provides an AI-powered business growth platform for service businesses. Features include an AI Voice Agent, AI Texting, smart CRM, campaign management, lead intelligence, booking and scheduling, review management, and analytics. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or business may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages in violation of applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

• Use the AI features to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.

6. AI Services

Our AI-powered features (Voice Agent, AI Texting, email classification, social media tools) act on your behalf when configured. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI features complies with applicable laws, including disclosure requirements for automated calls and messages in your jurisdiction.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate through the Service. By using Merrion, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Merrion AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merrion AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination by contacting us.
